Side Street Kitchen was recommended by Eater SF & looks nice & casual with local ingredients, wide-ranging menu, also has quesadillas for kids
Brickmaiden Breads looks like they make great breads/pastries; they used to have a more extensive breakfast/lunch/dinner menu but now it's mostly soup & sandwiches for lunch. A few "wheat free" items (not explicitly "gluten free")
Tomales Bay
Marshall Store - 19225 California 1, 415-663-1339, oysters, clam chowder, etc. rec'd Eater SF, associated with the Tomales Bay Oyster Company
...Tomales Bay Oyster Company also has a take-away stand on the weekends (note: they no longer have picnic tables)
Tony's Seafood Restaurant - 18863 Highway 1, now run by Hog Island Oyster Company, rec'd Eater SF and Michelin
Hog Island also runs The Boat Oyster Bar (outdoor cafe) and The Hog Shack (to go...note that they no longer have shuck-your-own picnic tables)
You can also do farm tours by reservation on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
***Nick's Cove - great food and romantic atmosphere; you can also rent rooms (including houseboat-like waterfront cottages!)
Saltwater Oyster Depot in Inverness looks like a nicer/fancier spot rec'd Michelin and Eater SF (although this older Eater SF review complains about high prices/small portions), might also be worth a try?
The town of Tomales (just north of Nick's Cove) has the nice-looking Route One Bakery & Kitchen (rec'd Eater SF)
...there's also the intriguing K&A Take Away that offers daily-changing sandwiches advertised on their Facebook page
Bolinas/Stinson Beach
BoVida looks like an interesting "health food" restaurant (acai bowls, smoothies, sandwiches)
Coast Cafe looks pretty nice and rec'd Eater SF
11 Wharf Road B&B has what looks like a nice dinner (also rec'd Eater SF)
